*The coronavirus*
The guidance regarding management of coronavirus is constantly evolving. Please click on our dedicated Coronavirus information page for further details including information on how to obtain a coronavirus test if you are experiencing symptoms of coronavirus.
Online bookings
We are pleased to announce that we have reinstated our online bookings for those wishing to book a routine telephone appointment with a GP.
Patients using the online booking system should record a brief reason for their call in the "Reasons" box.
If booking an appointment time between 7.30am and 12.30pm, patients should expect to receive a telephone call the day of their appointment before 1pm. Patients booking an appointment between 2pm and 6.30pm should expect to receive a telephone call in the afternoon before 7pm.
Patients should keep their telephones with them and switched on as the GP will not be able to keep trying to reach you in the event that you do not answer your telephone.
We hope that restoring our online booking option will be helpful for our patients
