The practice will not as a matter of course call patients to inform them of their test results. Patients will instead need to call the practice any time after 10.00am each working day.
Please note that test results can only be given to the patient (or their parent/guardian/known carer) to whom the result relates, unless we are instructed otherwise (in writing).
If you would like someone else to be given your results, or to speak on your behalf, we must have a signed letter of consent from you detailing who you give consent to before we can discuss anything with them. This consent will be recorded on your medical record until you advise us otherwise.
