The practice is situated on Bell Farm Road,in Uckfield, (with disabled access and parking). There is an on site pharmacy located next to the surgery. There are 7 GPs, 3 Advanced Clinical / Paramedic Practitioners, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 4 Practice Nurses, a First Contact Practitioner (Physiotherapist), 1 Clinical Pharmacist and 3 Health Care Assistants providing general medical services for NHS Sussex ICB to approximately 9,700 patients.

Routine appointments are available for booking up to 2 weeks in advance. Patients can access our Urgent Care Clinic on the day (Monday to Friday) for any health concerns which can not wait until the next available routine appointment. In the event of a medical emergency patients should continue to call 999 in the first instance.
Please consider whether other options may be helpful to you. You are able to ask your pharmacist for advice for a number of health conditions, use the Online GP Service link below to ask adminstrative questions or speak to a GP or call NHS111 for Urgent Care advice.

Please note: your completed form may be reviewed by our eHub prior to forwarding to the appropriate member of admin or clinical staff to manage your request.
An eHub is a team of admin and clinical staff, employed by the practices to manage online consultations/enquiries. Your enquiry will be triaged and referred to the appropriate service or Clinician to ensure you receive the care and/or service that you need in a timely manner.
